DELIVERY METHODS

At DNG Construction we select an architect/engineer for a specific project and place them under contract as part of our design-build team. We then work with the owner to plan, design and construct the project to meet the specific goals, constraints and demands of the project.

With CMAR, DNG Construction is selected as construction manager and general contractor early in the design phase. This early coordination fosters collaboration and focuses the entire team on finding the best solutions for your construction project.

DNG Construction believes strongly in the importance of teamwork and communication. Over the years, we have had the opportunity to develop strong and trusting relationships with the area’s top subcontractors and project owners. These partnerships, combined with the ability of our outstanding management staff, allows our firm to better oversee the day-to-day operations of a successful project.

Many of our tenant improvement projects require quick turnaround, high-quality finishes, and need to be completed around occupied areas. DNG Construction can quickly mobilize a team of construction professionals – saving your company time and money.

DNG Construction has completed a variety of On-Call Construction and Job Order Contracting (JOC) projects over the years. With years of proven, successful JOC experience DNG Construction gives you the confidence that your projects will be effectively and efficiently managed.

DNG Construction leverages years of experience to provide Construction Management (CM) services that have proven to exceed expectations. When partnering with owners from a project’s inception, we will identify constructability issues, define responsibilities and keep the project on schedule and within budget.

COMMITMENT TO SAFETY

DNG Construction recognizes that safety is a habit and not an event. We also understand that safety is not a one size fits all topic, therefore a comprehensive job hazard analysis is conducted and a project specific safety plan is implemented at the onset of every DNG Construction project. Through continuing education our Superintendents receive a minimum of 30 hour OSHA training each year as well as first aid and CPR training. Our approach to safety emphasizes the “why” and not just the “how”.

CONSIDERING THE ENVIRONMENT

DNG Construction acknowledges that the Company and its construction activities have an impact on the environment. The protection of the environment is a responsibility that the Company is fully aware of and we attempt to implement environmental practices by emphasizing and encouraging innovative and creative solutions. We are continually improving our environmental performance at our projects sites in addition to our corporate office.
