Mr. Gray has distinguished himself as a superb superintendent while orchestrating two large construction projects at Peoria High School. He is hardworking, organized, and possess a vast amount of construction and school knowledge.
Mr. Watley extended a level of outstanding service on each project that demonstrates his great leadership skills, attention to detail, depth of knowledge and professionalism.
It has been a particular pleasure working with David Gray. He has maintained an aggressive schedule by gaining the commitment and the respect of the subcontractors on the project.
As Superintendent, Robert Watley used his strong leadership and supervisory skills to proactively accomplish all of the project goals. He was instrumental during crucial and timely coordination issues and extremely cooperative throughout the project.
